Ordering, Shipping, Returns

The fun begins when you place your order with Rusty Nail!  We can't wait to fulfill your order and put a smile on your face!! Order processing can take up to 3 business days.  Once your order is fulfilled, it will be shipped USPS unless a different carrier is requested.  Additional shipping charges may incur if an alternate shipping method is requested.  A tracking number will be provided upon shipment.  If your order is not received, you must contact Rusty Nail within 3 days of estimated arrival date.  Shipping insurance can be included for an additional shipping charge, if requested.

If you are placing a Charcuterie order, your order will be ready on the desired pick-up/delivery date.  Arrangements will be made to arrange pick-up/delivery of product.
